Last 69

This morning I was pleased to read the 69 blog and discover that all 12 of their most recent releases have a rainbow pack on sale for only 1L. i was like this : :O :O :O ZOMG! Even though I was at my mom's I went onto SL and got them. I was leaving right as the news broke and the rush started...so glad i got outta there and didn't crash my mom's computer, teehee. But then to make my day even better, I discovered that Last Ride has these adorable "macaroon" necklaces in their lucky board!!! You get both "flavors" and they are just too cute. I love this store. I actually paid 250L for a purse. I never buy purses in SL; they seem usless. Their's are just too adorable to pass up!
So go to 69 and grab some hair (go upstairs, then downstairs again, all the hairs on the center island have the 1L packs) then go stalk the Last Ride board while you adjust the fit!

Milky Shirt

SO I happened to hear someone in the LCS group say something about a milk shirt on a lucky chair and I copied the slurl down for future reference. I am happy I did because there was a cute new to me shop at the end of that slurl! Intrigue Co. makes tee shirts that sell for only 25L and a lot of them are food related, as seen here:

And guess what? there is even a dollarbie milk and cookies shirt! Yay!!! I think it is cute with the TekuTeku group gifts. And no, for your information, I am not wearing pants. Don't know why you needed to know that, but it might be fun to think that I am buck nekked below this photo XD

The lucky chair had many of the items in it, but I have yet to win them. So want the spilled milk shirt!

Just this past weekend I received a notice about a Saturday bargain bazzar going on in the Gateaux sim. There were all kinds of crazy deals and a few spots full of freebies and dollarbies. While wandering around snatching up the goodies, I stumbled upon this lovely little number. Not only was this thing cute as patootie but it was only six prims and sold for 1L...:OOOO I giggle now thinking back at how fast I clicked to buy...lol! Anyhoo, here it is...this most awesome giant orange with a straw and a charming lil dallop o whip cream..yum! Created by CLEO DESIGN.
P.S. I passed by today to see if it's still there, it is but I'm not sure for how long so hurry!
P.P.S. The poses are animated and really cool so the 1L is way worth the investment!

AAAAnd of course I saved the best for last. My darling Leaf has opened up a high end treat shoppe that Sileny so kindly blogged earlier. I just wanted to let everyone know that there are now 3 more stores..oh em geee!!! The newest edition to the cupcake family is the Burton Cake!! As per requested by Sileny, so have a peek at our hommage to her and Mr. Burton. >:D

More Hairy Food!

OK, hair and food. :P

Two of my top ten fave stores in SL are Dilly Dolls and Lazy Places. And I have things for you from both! Dilly Dolls and GL Design's 50L sales on everything lasts another..oh...few hours (lmao) so I am wearing outfits and shoes by them (GLD on the left and DD on the right). The hair I am wearing is a Midnite Madness gift from Dilly Dolls....and it is my fave hair EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriosuly. It is scripted so both the hair and bow can change color and level of shininess and it's just...bedroom hot. And the Dilly Dolls lucky chair is back and now has a pair of prim toed sandals! Also color change of course :D I really feel like Oriana gets better every time she releases a new item...can't wait for the next release!

What does this have to do with food you say? Well..umm..not much. Hah! But my new Alice in Wonderland themed cookies from Lazy Places sure look cute with the outfit!! These cookies are really fun and, like most Lazy Places foods, they are also interactive. Except this time when someone clicks on them they give out Alice in Wonderland quotes! Gotta love that. At only 25L a piece, or 85L for the full pack, they are very affordable as well. There is also an Alice themed cupcake but I'm super broke at the moment :/ The Alice themed items are currently available at the Feed Your Head SIM location.

New Food Store Alert!

So a little while ago my fellow food enthusiast Topaz informed me that her buddy was opening a food stuffs store and I'm all WOOOT! Then today she sends me a TP to the store and I'm all WEEE! And my weee was not wasted because the store rocked.

The store is called Griffins and they just opened up! The store is a work in progress as you can imagine since it is new but they already have out tons of cute things.

Each item is scripted to be interactive, meaning people can click on your goodies and make them say fun stuffs! It's always fun to randomly click people's goodies and find out they do things ^.^

Right now there are cupcakes and cookies for your mouth, as well as the freebie of the month which is a cute double cherry. (Info on the rest of the items in the picture with the cherries can be found HERE.)

The owner, Leaf, also showed be some of the adorable cuddle bears that are coming out too. You will want them. OH! And the awesome part about everything in the store? Super Cheap! Like the most expensive thing will be 75L, but most were like only 30L. How cool is that? Well, i actually think the most awesome part is how everything has a cute little theme to fit my mood. Such as this Gloom Cookie. Am totally feeling the nail through the heart :P

Gotta love cookies, right?? OK, well, I hope you go down to Griffins and grab the free cherries and buy something too! I will be posting lots more from here in the future I am sure!

Hairy Food

Yuck! But..yay!? Yes! Elli informed me of some free hair and noms at Moz. Market and of course I had to go ASAP! I am not entirely certain what the name of the actual store is...please someone help me out if you can find it! But on the wall is a cute free hair that is sooo awesomely retro and a super awesome Lollipop for you mouth! Weeee! makes me sing that lollipop song where you make the mouth pop noise from like the 50's.

There is also a free Xmas candle hair (looks like a cake with a candle on it maybe? Food related sort of!) and a 10L updo. I am wearing them with the Street Dermatology MM board skin. The eye makeup on it makes me swooon. I hope this MM prize is still there! I will let you know!

In the big store across the way from the store with the hair and candy there are two lucky boards for hair and more hair freebies and cheapies! I suggest checking them out!

May Day!

Sorry I don't post so often yet...very busy RL and SL for me lately! Promise to start doing more posts soon though!!

First up, in case you didn't know, there are a lot of hunts in SL, lmao! Right now two that I am sort of poking at are the Missing Bunnies kids grid wide and the SL Discovery hunt. Cutie Honey has a super cute food related gift for the SLD! CHEESCAKE!!! The cake is on a cute little stand you can put on your table. Anyone who clicks it receives a for and slice all animated and adorable. Love Cutie Honey so much!

Another store in the SLD hunt is Prettiful. Prettiful has lots of cute food stuffs in store. For the hunt they offer up this cute candy ring. And the bunny ring? The prize for the Missing Bunnies hunt! Both rings come equipped with hugger and flight assist! Yaaaay! Don't forget to bring your fishing pole to Prettiful and catch up some awesome food prizes!

Next, Lazy Places put out these awesome ice cream party shoes that had me scrambling to find the L's to buy! I don't remmeber the exact price, but it is less than 200L for sure. And look at the detail!!!!! These three little pictures don't even hint at the awesomeness that is these shoes. Must have more! Second serving of ice cream shoes please??!!?

And finally, not food related at all, but awesome still, 20L will get you a pack of four skins from The Stringer Mausoleum and Shrine!!!! I got the blue because my alt LOVES blue skins, but there are also green, purple, and pink (I think those were the other colors anyway..I'm a terrible blogger when it comes to remembering stuff :P). Each pack comes with four makeups, shapes, and eyes. Yaaaaaaaaaaay! So pretty!
